Delete your account and data

Option 1 — In the app (fastest)

If you can sign in, use the in-app account deletion flow:

1. Open the ParkBuds app and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

This permanently deletes your profile and associated account data as described under “Delete account” in our Privacy Policy.

Option 2 — Email us

If you cannot use the app (for example, you lost access to your device or cannot sign in), email us from the address tied to your ParkBuds account:

hello@parkbuds.app

Please include:

• The email address you used to register (or your Apple / Google sign-in email, if applicable).
• A short note that you want your account and associated data deleted.

We may ask you to confirm ownership of the account before we delete it. We will process verified requests as soon as we reasonably can.

What we delete

When your account is deleted, we remove your active profile and associated personal data from our systems, including items such as:

• Your account credentials and profile information you provided in the app.
• Content and activity tied to your account (for example, signals you created, messages you sent, visit logs, follows, and blocks), as described in our Privacy Policy.

What we may keep (limited)

Some information may be retained for a limited period where needed for security, abuse prevention, or legal compliance—for example, aggregated or de-identified analytics, minimal server logs, or records related to safety reports.
